International Activity

We are very happy and proud to announce our first international humanitarian activity.  In collaboration with Rotaract Club Lyon International from France and Rotaract Club  Amsterdam from the Netherlands the equiping of elementary school Petar Vragolić Ljubovija is planned for early June.

The main reason why we chose this school is the fact that a large number of students attends and that it is the only school in the municipality with very bad conditions for learning. The students from Ljubovija lack the basic resources for work and any help is welcome. We use this opportunity to invite all interested parties to join us (download official comunication document). Club members from Lyon and Amsterdam are coming to Serbia with a great amount of humanitarian assistance in the form of school supplies, which now counts more than two hundred kilos.

Besides the obvious humanatiarian charachter, this activity will also have a goal to strenghten the friendly relations with our colleagues from western Europe. Rotaractors from France and the Netherlands will be our guests for a few days during which day will have the chance to visit historical and natural beaty sights of Serbia, and of cource the inevitable night life in our capital city. We hope we will manage to present our tradition, history and culture in the best way it is possible.
